Opening ceremony and awarding of the winners first ARTLEVEL design festival was held on October 8th, 2015.
Projects of all finalists were exhibited on two floors of the M17 gallery. Members of jury awarded winners of every category. Every finalist got the catalog with all finalist's projects and special presents from partners of the festival.

ARTLEVEL DESIGN FESTIVAL is a great opportunity for creative people and professionals in the area of design to be a part of annual design festival. Express your ideas, feelings and worries with help of your projects!
The main goal of the festival is to develop and implement art into the life of modern people. Participants of the festival have an opportunity to show their projects in such categories as painting, sculpture and installation, photography, floristics. All of the projects will be considered and assessed by the international jury. Winners of every category will be announced during the opening ceremony. They will get special prizes from partners of the festival and cash prizes. Opening ceremony will be held on October 8th, 2015.
MORE DETAILS ABOUT CATEGORIES
Everyone can be a participant of the festival regardless of age, nationality or gender. The topic of the festival is free for participants.
Painting - projects can be made using any materials (oil, acrylic, tempera, gouache, watercolor, pencil, charcoal etc.) or any support (canvas, cardboard, paper, plastic, wood, iron etc.) The maximum size of each work is 200 cm per side.
Sculpture and installation - projects can be made from any materials and can include light, sound, video, mechanical and electrical machinery. The author of the project chosen to be a finalist will have to provide all needed materials for installation and demonstration of the project.
Photography - photos made with help of digital or film photo cameras can participate in the festival. Photos can be processed by any graphic editors. The author of the project chosen to be a finalist will have to provide a printed photo.
Floristics - flower compositions with the opportunity to use necessary materials (mounts, foundations, structural elements, decorative elements, etc.) can participate in the festival. The author of the project chosen to be a finalist will have to provide all needed materials for installation and demonstration of the project.
All of the projects will be considered and assessed by the international jury.
Svetlichnaya Elena is the candidate of art criticism. She is the author more than 20 scientific and methodical publications. She conducts researches in the field of modern Ukrainian art and design.
She graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Construction Institute,"Architecture" department.
In 2009 Elena defended the master's thesis and I received degree of the candidate of art criticism.
From 2000th year she has been taught in Dnepropetrovsk National University of O. Gonchar. She is the tutor of student’s diploma works of "Design" department in this university. The student's works performed under the leadership of Svetlichnaya Elena repeatedly have taken prizes on prestigious international and Ukrainian design festivals, competitions and exhibitions.
Bulgaria - California, USA
Constantine Zlatev is an artist and designer utilizing reclaimed industrial materials to make conceptually driven sculptures and installations. His work is often satirical, grounded in ideas of social, political, cultural or historical significance. Originally from Rousse, Bulgaria, he currently lives and works in California, USA. He studied industrial design at the California College of the Arts. His work has earned awards and recognition in the United States and Europe.

Martin Stranka is a professional photographer, born on April 13 1984, in the Czech Republic. Stranka's distinctive vision of photography is etched as a unique space located in a balance and serenity, while his sophisticated and rewarding images exist in that narrow window of a few seconds between dreaming and awakening. During the last years he has won over 40 major international photography awards from different competitions, including Professional Photographer of the Year, Emerging Talent Award in the Nikon International Photo Contest, Sony World Photography Awards, EISA Photo Maestro and International Photography Awards three years in a row.
His solo and group exhibitions have been seen from South and North America, through Europe, all the way to Asia. His photographs have been exhibited in places such as New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Milan, London, Miami, Prague, Hong Kong, Kiev and many more. Stranka's work was presented in prestigious galleries such as Getty Images Gallery and Saatchi Gallery. His work stood proudly alongside the likes of Andy Warhol, Annie Leibovitz, Banksy, Damien Hirst, Helmut Newton, Albert Watson and Roxanne Lowit.
He has created book covers for the biggest New York publishers, such as Harper Collins Publishers and Sterling Publishing. In addition, he has collaborated with other book publishers, music publishers and artists around the world.
He loves the smell of autumn and the sparkling grains of dust floating in the sunset.

*From all awards the tax of 15% provided by the law will be withheld

Application fee is to reimburse expenses of the festival organization and holding.
Size of the application fee in every category is € 50,00 for the first project. If a participant would like to submit more than one project in one category, application fee for the second and other projects is € 25,00.
Application fee for students is € 40,00 for the first project and € 20,00 for the second and other projects in one category. To confirm student status, a participant needs to provide a copy of student card. A participant has to save the payment document. Banking service is not included into the total payment sum of the application fee. Application fees are not refundable.

Participants can register their projects till August, 24th 2015 by filling and sending a participant questionnaire.

Conclusion of the Contract
Organizers of the ARTLEVEL design festival suggest contestants to sign the bilateral Contract and to sign the Certificate of services rendered. This condition is obligatory. Signing this contract and signing the Certificate, the contestant obtains guarantees that his/her registration fee will be paid to the account of the company of festival organizers, and its project will be considered without fail.
Organizers of the ARTLEVEL design festival will make everything to guard and save delivered projects, but they are not responsible for saving works in case of thefts, fires or any damages to artworks or people that could occur during all the stages of the event. Insurance has to be provided by participants.
The decision of the Awarding Jury is irrevocable and unquestionable. Awarded artists have the right to renounce the prizes, without asking for any compensation from festival organizers. In that case the prize will be transferred according to the rating. Each participant grants permission to festival organizers for the publication, exhibiting, placement of project and all related text materials for the purpose of implementation of communication with audience in any way and without any exception.
